The ECE Pep Rally will take place Labor Day Weekend 2026:
Friday, September 4 – Sunday, September 6, 2026
Atlanta, Georgia
Friday includes registration and our opening experience.
Saturday is a full day of keynotes, strategy sessions, and networking.
Sunday concludes with leadership sessions and closing moments by 2:00 p.m.
We recommend arriving Friday and departing Monday to fully experience the event.
Will there be a virtual experience?
No. The ECE Pep Rally is an in-person experience only.
This event is designed to be fully immersive — the energy, the networking, the leadership conversations, and the atmosphere cannot be replicated online.
We believe proximity matters.

If you want the full experience, you have to be in Atlanta.

Is there a discounted hotel room block?
Yes.
We have secured a discounted room block at our official host hotel, The Westin Buckhead Atlanta, for ECE Pep Rally attendees.
Room Block Details:
Friday – Monday (September 4–7, 2026)
$179 per night
Plus 16.9% state & local taxes and a $5 Georgia Hotel/Motel daily tax
Perks include:
